Doomers and Blackpilled motherfuckers. They shit up the riot thread and pretty much any Trump related thread. They're all pretty recent users too. Joined the site within the last year or so.

Doomspergs need their own containment zone. I get that optimism isn’t everyone’s thing, but thinking about everything in terms of worst case scenario isn’t exactly helping either. The riot thread could at least be a few hundred pages less if all the doomsperging had its own thread.

Journalists. Most of them are glorified bloggers, yet unctuously imagine themselves as Woodward and Bernstein, investigating and speaking truth to power to save Our Democracy™ from the evil Orange Man and his benighted army of white devils who bigotedly want to be left alone!

In reality, they are abusive lying, gaslighting apparatchiks who profit off clickbait and agitating the moron hordes. When they get caught lying, they double down or move on to another lie.

Look at this. Read those two lines. Do they really think we're this gullible? And they wonder why they get called Enemy of the People.

Journalism has been truly dead for a long time. Any idiot with a phone and a social media account can play pretend journalist these days. It really is glorified blogging.

The clickbaiting is so bad that I just assume every headline could be clickbait now.

There was one on my feed about three states with surges in coronavirus cases. Those states should be in the title of the article. Something like this "Texas, California and Florida see rise in new COVID-19 cases".

Headlines should be truthful and informative. Everything is clickbait. The ads on most news sites are so bad that you can barely see or load the page without adblocking. Goodbye accessibility. Our bloggers need to get paid.

The articles about how everything is racist and sexist are going to get a lot worse before they get better. They are always written by people who obviously do not live in the real world or have any knowledge of how it works. Everything is offensive and hurts someone's feelings. Hurt my feelings and we ruin your life. A good example was that whole Starbucks racism debacle last summer. It had nothing to do with race. They just didn't want randos walking in to use the bathroom. What did we end up with? Starbucks closed everywhere for a weekend REEEEeducation camp. Lovely.

I get most of my non-local news from here actually. I am not gonna comb through glorified blogs full of people triggered by the orange man and white people wearing dreadlocks all day just to find actual news.

People that don't take care of their pets. I've had way too many encounters with a person on my block's cat where the poor thing looks like it hasn't eaten in days or looks like it got attacked by another animal.

When your co-workers are too lazy to put equipment up properly. It's especially bad when they put rechargeable batteries up incorrectly and you're left with a battery with low life.

Despite their usefulness, I kind of resent mobile phones. This expands to social media as well, which is arguably so much worse than mobile phones.

People that let their young kids run hog wild like feral animals throughout a store, or worse, a parking lot where they have a chance at being seriously hurt. Last night I saw this kid who looked around 5 or 6 almost get hit by a car because he was running around in the parking lot a good 50 feet away from his parents, who were just watching him with that glazed over, bovine look the terminally stupid always seem to possess.

Why is it also that it's almost always Mexicans that do this? White trailer trash parents do a lot of it, but it's mostly Mexicans that don't seem to give a single fuck about watching their kids.

It's worse when a pet owner can't even do basic shit like give their pet a fucking bath. This applies to dogs more than anything else, but I've been in houses where they had a dog whom always stunk to high heaven. I once went on an interview for an IT position in a small office building who'm the owner let their dog roam around. Fucking thing smelled gross.
