Lol but that's exactly how the word "nigger" is used today - it refers to a certain person's actions, it's not about that person being black, in fact black people use it that way too, and white people get called that as well. With the n-bomb the distinction isn't that obvious since that same word has a long and heavy history and is also still used as a genuinely malicious racial slur, but it's still funny to see how close, and yet so far, these whacko SJW-types sometimes get to putting two and two together.
A group of people gets a reputation for acting a certain way, new slang words develop to generally describe that group of people, the new slang word has a heavy racial connotation even though it was developed to describe a general behavior, people in that racial group but outside of the behavioral group take offence, and the cycle of conflict and provocation continues.
