I found it really frustrating that Dick slobbed over Lowtax's knob in this interview. I recognize that Lowtax coming on the show at all only hurts him, so not holding his feet to the fire was probably warranted from a host's perspective. But talking about how people ignore evidence that conflicts with their views while outright saying he's not going to listen to some of the conflicting evidence because he's already convinced was just ridiculous.

I don't understand why people like Metokur and Dick go easy on Lowtax. Lowtax isn't even funny. He's not charismatic. None of these people want to touch Rich despite how much of a crazed asshole he is. I don't get it.

It's often that people who laugh at cows the most that are the biggest cows themselves. That's why Lowtax and Alice are my favorite cows because they talk such a big game while being failures in life.

Does Lowtax even have any friends that he sees in Missouri? It's too bad that he's approaching 50 and no one IRL wants to do anything with him.
