You can see the white jeep and it's surrounded by a bunch of people. Did the shooting just ended? Were the victims still in the jeep and are they trying to help?
I also added 2 stills from the twitter guy's vid (Villain_Phoenix) when he visited the jeep.
You can clearly see that in his vid the jeep has been moved. A good reference point is the orange frisbee on one of the concrete blocks; after the jeep was moved
the rear wheel is next to the orange frisbee

You had a lady screaming telling "Security" to fire on ANY SUV they see, this is on camera, as is the "You so you're still alive huh, what do you want to get pistol whipped? *bang*" Then them knowingly tampering with the crime scene.
