Sophie Labelle Verville / Guillaume Labelle / Serious Trans Vibes Comics / Assigned Male / Candycore Comics / Pastel Sexy Times / WafflesArt - Obnoxious webcomics and horrific porn by a crazy fat pedo troon

Up to around 1970 raiding gay bars, vice squad entrapment etc.
Not in the lifetime of any cop currently on the job.

Yeah, I don't know if I agree that it doesn't still happen at all, but I do agree it's not as frequent or open as it used to be. Based on the history, I can kind of see why people would argue for no cops at Pride, but at the same time, I just can't agree because I feel like removing cops from Pride is basically calling open season on everybody there for violent homophobes.

From recent years it seems like it'd be more trans vs lesbian TERF violence.

(Seriously, I get having sensory overload issues, because I do, but just... don't go? Why go to a massive party with hundreds of people if you can't handle being around people and noise? Feels very basic to me. How would they even begin to limit the amount of noise rando people make? jfc.)

That exactly it. I do not like noisy, crowded places, so I avoid noisy, crowded places. I don't demand that everyone stop having loud concerts or parties because of my own issues. That would be selfish.

Gay bars were raided because gay bars were illegal.
The vice squad arrested people for suggesting gay sex, because gay sex was illegal.
So no it doesn't happen at all any more.

There are loads of illegal things that the cops don't care about. The particular violence with which cops treated gays and lesbians during those raids and those arrests can't be ignored and shouldn't be whitewashed. Police brutality is not an inherent part of police business. This comment really feels like you're trying to act like the cops were justified in their actions during those raids and arrests because homosexuality was technically illegal, but that doesn't excuse the brutality they subjected LGB people to, and it is a fact that the police put a lot more energy to stopping gay bars and gay sex than they did other illegal activities.

(Sorry if that's not what you meant by this, it just sort of rubbed me the wrong way.)

Precisely! I know if I'm in a loud, crowded area for a while, it will cause serious issues for me. So I don't go to them unless I have to, and when I have to, I minimize my time there and make adjustments (like wearing noise cancelling headphones and staying well clear of other people). I don't understand people who just waltz in like they own the place and demand that everyone play by their rules, honestly. Troons all have this weird narcissistic egotism going on, this idea that everything around them must cater specifically and solely to them at all times. As a non-narc, I just don't get it.

Didn't see it posted yet, but it hasn't really been active and it's been sort of forgotten by KF the last 3 years, edit sub r/assignedmale was a victim of the wrongthink banwave too.

For someone so anti-cop, Labelle is pretty fond of using authority to silence all dissenting voices.

People like Labelle are all for authoritarianism- as long as they are the authoritarians. It's not the cops Billy is against. It's the fact that he's not the one running them, choosing who they go after, etc.

RuPaul's still transphobic because his show's about dressing up as a woman for entertainment purposes rather than for trying to peek at ladies pissing purposes?

If anything the implications are pretty progressive, he doesn't want trannies on his show because they're already stunning and brave women uWu.

Right? And that was literally his reasoning for not wanting trans women on his show - paraphrasing but basically "we're men dressing up as women, you identify as a woman so you'd be a woman dressing up as a woman". He was actually validating their gender identity bullshit by banning them, but troons can never be happy with anything, because if they admit for one second that someone who isn't kissing their ass 24/7 isn't oppressing them, their whole house of cards falls to pieces.

Sort of like how many people offered up the fully reasonable "hey troons what if we built single-stall unisex bathrooms you could use so that women won't feel unsafe in the ladies" and they reacted like it was the most disgusting, horrendously transphobic suggestion ever.. despite their continued claims that they "just want to pee in peace". If you just wanted to pee in peace, wouldn't you take the safest possible option, a single-stall bathroom with a locking door? But it was never about that.

>Implying these aren't boring ass characters from boring shows/movies
Sarah Andrews is a trans drag queen that goes on these huge rants against Rupaul just because she wasn't cast on the show
She's a selfish bitch virtue signaling to get people to support her
It's not about including trans people, it's about including HER
