You know, my parents taught me as a kid "Never stand in front of a running car"
Maybe this issue will be solved if they keep on getting in front of cars.

A vehicle transporting Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds struck a Black Lives Matter protester Tuesday as the protester was intentionally blocking the car's path.

A group of about two dozen Des Moines Black Lives Matter activists showed up to Reynolds' public events in Steamboat Rock and Ackley, each about 90 miles from Des Moines, on Tuesday to urge her to immediately sign an executive order restoring voting rights to people with felony convictions who have completed their sentences. Reynolds has said she will sign the order but not immediately.

The activists were not allowed into Reynolds' events, which were held on private property, so a group of them stood in the driveway of Family Traditions Meat in Ackley to block Reynolds from driving away.

Jaylen Cavil, an organizer with Des Moines Black Lives Matter, said he was standing in the driveway hoping that Reynolds would roll down the window of the vehicle and speak to them.
Holy fuck she already made a promise to do it, leave her the fuck alone. It just makes this look more pathetic, you got what you wanted, don't be so impatient. If the Civil Rights movement can wait over a decade for a bill to be signed, you can wait a a little while for an EO to be signed.

But they don't want just what they say they want, if you give them an inch they see weakness and push and push and push for more.

Its people lying to themselves. Each lie, no matter how small, builds. Like how each drop of water forms the flood. The first lie that was told was that it is impossible to be racist against white people, because white people had power. The second lie was that the goal of social justice was correct past wrongs, to bring equality at last between the races. The final lie, much like Hitlers Final Solution, was that the undesirable race dying was some form of justice.

Identitarianism is poison. Its a poison of the mind, and it starts small. With small lies. But each small lie is a small drop of water. And when each person speaks their small lie, their small drops of water combine into a flood that destroys everything. And kills indiscriminately. People need to stop Lying. To themselves, and in public. The consequences of failing to do so are severe. So severe, that a New York Times contributor views old people being killed by forces out of their control a form a restorative justice. Because of their skin color.

It sounds like some of the counter protesters got maced because of BLM stupidity and cops maced people, and since mace spreads around the air a counter protester said he wanted some for his kitchen after he got hit with it

Deserved it for being named Jaylen.

Here's something I just thought of looking at one of my right wing FB troll pages talking shit about this Cartoon Network video:

What if your son is no longer the target audience for the kind of broadcasting they do, but now in the current year the primary audience they're going for are gross, degenerate millenials and zoomers of the Steven Universe watching ilk?

My career is in internet advertising and I still don't know why anyone would want to go after the hard earned (lol, more like welfare bux) Dollars of these weirdos and cater to them.

Also good on you for cutting off their poz!
Because the old adage "One angry letter represents a thousand dissatisfied customers" morphed into "One tweet represents a thousand potential viewers", and Steven Universe fans love to tweet!

Before you give Gov. Reynolds flak, check this out:

Watch the vid at the first link. One of those fuckers pulls a pistol and shoots into the vehicle.

I ain't stopping for any protests in the road from here on out. I'm too old to play these reindeer games.

yes
also lol at "the myth of black on black crime" not even an attempt at arguing why it might be irrelevant to the discussion just panicking and saying its not real

edit apparently theyve been pushing it as a "myth" since the 80s, not even the white progressives really buy that as seen by their willingness to abuse their white privilege to live in neighborhoods that are majority white
The version I heard goes something like this. "Sure blacks kill each other more but to point that out is reducing things to race and therefore racist, especially because it's mostly gangs doing it and the gang culture exists because of socioeconomic factors that were ultimately caused by whitey. What are you going to do, walk into my rhetorical trap by saying that blacks are more prone to criminality so I can accuse you of being a Klan member?"
