Here's the one confirmed kidnap and murder that I know of from early in the riots. I think this poor lady's name was released but I couldn't find the article.

What’s even more fucked up is that the city doesn’t consider her a victim of the riots because she was found a few miles away in North.

They aren't targetting streamers, the whole mob moved back, him and 1 other guy were in no man's land in between. The cops shot at the 2 single people standing closer to them. They target anyone who disobeys the movement order or stands out, same as always.
