The centipede's pretty dope imo. That kind of organic shape and that level of complexity gel nicely with the lineart stick-n-poke look so it's much more competent looking by a country mile.

As for the rest, well...those are kind of disposable doodles. I'd get a sticker of some maybe, or even a tshirt design. A tattoo, though? Something which ostensibly lasts a long time? Yeah, try going to a job interview or something with "spagheti and ketchup" on your arm and see if people take you seriously.

Also, you should under no circumstances get a biohazard symbol tattoo, that's a dogwhistle for the bugchasing fetish community. Though I guess he lives in Sweden, so a certified doctor doing tumblr stick-and-poke tattoos for bugchasers doesn't sound entirely unlikely.
