But yeah, besides her hysterectomy, I don't see any other appointments she's having until she loses that weight to fit for a PET and MRI scan.

she's a classic narcissist, with some antisocial personality disorder thrown in. The latter is where most of the impulsiveness shines through more than the NPD. She's a narc, a pathological liar, and very likely a sociopath.

Honestly, I've wondered autistic - not understanding social cues about what is or isn't appropriate. Missing social cues looks like immaturity- speaking too loudly or childishly, saying impolite things... idk

ASPD also includes tendencies to act impulsively, not care about their own safety (not wearing a seatbelt, for instance) or that of others (making Zombie Becky drive), and not feeling remorse. She also ticks a bunch of boxes for borderline personality disorder (BPD), like insecurity. There are crossovers between the two (lying, impulsivity, for instance). BPD also covers impairment of social relationships. Alas, I don't think there's any real treatment for someone like her.

I think this falls into the insecurity bucket - imagine being so terrified, all the time, that you suck elephant ass at being a person, that your ONLY response is to call people dispeckful pieces of shit (for instance). I guess it would be hellish for people not also (and, a bit oddly, at the same time) convinced of their own, innate superiority.

It's 'Grade 2' - that is how aggressive the cancer is - but considering they are not giving her time to lose weight before whipping out the uterus and it's friends I reckon the oncos think she is pretty far gone

The really horrible thing is that in spite of all the bad things that come with having cancer such as the invasive medical tests and the difficulties that come with being over 500lb, Amberlynn will be LOVING all the attention she is getting from this. The only thing Amberlynn craves in almost equal amounts to food is attention and validation from everyone around her. All of a sudden she has gone from being a fat dumb hog princess to a Very Important Cancer Warrior who is very busy with appointments to attend, doctors to talk to, and hour upon hour of google research to do. So many 'grown-ups' paying Amberlynn attention! This is exactly what she has spent most of her life aiming for and she is thrilled by it.

well when she wakes up with an incision from hip bone to hip that pulls just when you breathe it will be a good slap of karma I swear that pain was worse then the 36 hours of labor i did with no drugs and when they make you get up or you even need to shift every single staple will pull I pity whoever her nurses are

Another reason why I think she's so adamant to have people believe her that she has cancer is because she probably didn't get the pity she expected to, but I guess that just falls under the category of her being a narc.

Yes, this is just rubbish. I do not know anyone who would do this. Whether she has cancer or not, she will get an hysterectomy. She should spend her time getting ready for it instead of spending time fighting haters.

I think the reason the doctor asked for the conversation to be put on speakerphone was because he knew that the gigantic smelly morbidly obese toddler wouldn't have had a clue what he was talking about. I mean seriously, if you were a doctor and had to deal with a 500 pound woman who talked about bleeding out of her 'period hole', had zero medical history other than ER records, and had no health insurance, surely would think you were dealing with someone with subnormal intelligence and/or impaired mental function?
I guess Becky was the 'responsible adult' by default (scary) ... although she probably just kept on coloring in a picture with her crayons throughout the whole phone call.

What would the doc have done if Amber could not or would not have someone else listen in on that conversation? Just not tell her the diagnosis and treatment options? Wouldn't that be like dereliction of duty or some type of refusal of care?

It's not like she and Becky are married or power of attorney has been given over to her. She isn't incapable of understanding and resolving her own care (that may be debatable, but she's not THAT mentally incompetent).

As they say it's all fun and games untill someone loses an eye or I guess in her case a uterus. seems to be a running them with them they don't seem to think normal things we all deal with will affect them thus they don't care.

More than a few people I know have had to be given bad medical news over the phone & I don't recall any of them being told to have another person in the room & the phone set to speaker. She's after serious ass pats & her ego needs massaging after the mixed response to her cancer diagnosis & the overwhelmingly negative responses expressed in the comments on the videos she chose to release after she told us her diagnosis.
