I really don't see another possibility to account for her reaction to Waterhead's sudden movements. She used to be a gymnast and competitive cheerleader. Haha what? Ed Troyer of the local police department confirmed an investigation was being coordinated with local and federal officials. Maybe it's just not far enough along yet to be on the prosecutor's desk.
