it's basic human psychology when faced with a perceived threat, painting the "enemy" as a group with a singular mindset makes it easier to demonize them and thus refuse to see their point of view. regardless of the scale of the conflict--Communism vs Capitalism, Repubicans vs Democrats, Sony vs Microsoft--there will always be chuckleheads claiming that every member of the opposing group, to a person has the exact same thoughts and beliefs--a hive-mind that cannot be reasoned with. it is easier to believe that than to accept that groups are made of individuals with their own feelings and opinions that may differ from those of others in the group.

Louis, even if you think your family doesn't care about you, which wouldn't be true given that you've lived with them for free over the course of decades, they'll still have to deal with your bloated corpse if you off yourself. I don't know why your family hating you is a point of pride for you.

The problem with that is he's shown time and time again that he occasionally reads this thread. He can see for himself that no one here is organizing to screw with his life. While yes, someone in the thread did mention that you can exploit amazon wishlists to mess with people, it was brought up in the context that it would probably happen anyway because its a known thing. I could understand blaming the site as a whole if it was actively hosting plans to mess with him, but its not doing that. Its holding a mirror up to his face and giving a platform for others to make fun of him.
I am guessing that when he does read the thread, if he sees people saying not to mess with him, he is assuming that it's some kind of ploy we use to cover our asses, said with the internet equivalent of a conspiratorial wink. he probably thinks that we will use instances like these as proof of innocence when someone trolls him--regardless of the Farm's no-trolling policy, and our repeated reminders in this very thread to leave Lou alone, he will always assume that we are behind everything bad in his life. entertaining the notion that we are all a bunch of random strangers whose only common interest is reading about idiots, and that our involvement in his life literally goes no further than us being aware of his existence, would contradict his narrative that the Farms are a monolithic source of evil intent who, as an entity, delight in the suffering of innocent people, and would make it impossible to blame us for his problems.

Whats this shit about being accused of touching his nephew and sending pictures of it to his brother via Telegram? Certainly not something I recall seeing on this thread, in which case Lou almost certainly made it up and that is disturbing in itself. The more he reveals the way his mind works, the more concern I have for that poor child. Also, him revealing to the WinterAngel person that he is Diana/Ace sounds an awful lot like that person might have previously blocked him or otherwise has disengaged from him in the past
It could even be someone he knows that actually has a hate boner for him but knows he'll direct his attention to the farms based on nothing.
His own comments about them would cause far more harm to them than dealing with his death

I'm not denying that Lou sent those emails, just pointing out that he wasn't bringing it up "out of the blue" because there's (fabricated) evidence that he was accused of diddling his nephew.
