I originally wanted to make a cartoon, but then the cartoon community ruined that for me for how obnoxious and hiveminded they act.

And everytime I see art that just looks so awful, broken proportions, bad color combinations and that artist claims they're so great at art. Just makes me really depressed and pessimistic about egotistical artists with a bitchy attitude that also has a victim complex and wanting a safe space. Fuck Safe Spaces, there's no such thing.

Even though it seems like Tumblrites are plaguing all forms of media, just remember their content only caters to a vocal minority. "Problematic media" in the past almost always succeeds (see: Joker and Hazbin Hotel, the latter proving that you don't need a woke studio to make a show), while most media written by SJWs are seen as a laughing stock by everyone else (TLOU2 and literally any modern reboot).

Who cares what a few SJWs would think of your cartoon as long as you enjoy it? Unless you're making Growing Around 2.0.

I can totally agree with you firmly. You see, I always wanted to make a cartoon myself. But nowadays it’s alway these “go woke or go home” type mentalities and if you if don’t follow “da rules”, that’s it! Game over! Go home! It almost kind of reminds me of that video EZ PZ made about the blacklisted animator and just how bad the animation industry was for them.

Same. I want to write cartoons but even aside from the cost of education, the industry is so over-saturated with Woke that I know I'd have to kiss ass or never go anywhere. It's so disheartening.
