That's not to say that I will be focusing purely on Star Citizen here on KF of course, because most of us have moved on. I don't even write blogs (the last one was in May 2019) about it any more, because for my part I feel that since all my points* from that famous July 2015 blog have been proven, and all the things I asked for they've since done (after threatening to sue me into silence - which failed spectacularly), there's really nothing more for me to add to the discourse - other than lols.

For lols, and to loudly & shamelessly proclaim the "Derek Smart Was Right" mantra that drives those guys barking mad, I do periodic updates from time to time on my Twitter feed (e.g. this latest thread), here on a legacy forum for gamedevs and industry people, and also on my dedicated Star Citizen "hate" (according to Shitizens) forum.

As to the Lowtax fiasco, I really can't say much because I tend not to opine on people's personal lives. Regardless, I have "known" him for decades, and through all his other personal missteps. When this latest one hit (it was posted on Facebook page by one my industry peers), I read it, looked at Logan's page (including the cringe-worthy "hostage" video), and just unfriended Rich. I didn't make any comments about the veracity of what happened because this sort of thing has happened too many (as a father with a daughter, even one time is enough) times for it to not be seen as a pattern. I hope both parties seek the help that they need, and work to rebuild their lives.

As to the SA forum, despite the fact that I am certain that I can re-reg at any time, I have decided not to do so be itcause, even though there are some really cool people on there, it's just not what it used to be. And if Lowtax and some guys hadn't reached out to me in 2015 (I think) to come back (the last time I was there before that was back in 2009 I think) because of the Star Citizen fiasco, I wouldn't have ever gone back there.

I always imagined a bit of a feud (for the lack of a better word) between you and SA. With the several articles on SA about you, 3000AD, and the Derek Smart Desktop Commander flash as well.
