Because they literally are sacs of fluid. That lypdeimia and I'm sure her legs are very "weepy" which means they leak. It's alot like having an ice coffee cup and it slowly leaking condensation on the outside, her legs are like that. It's definitely a waddle. She has to lift the leg to the side to allow her fat sacs to slip to the other side of her leg. It would chafe pretty bad, but she doesn't walk for any significant amount of time because it is "so boreeeeeeeeeeen."

The human body isn't made to be 400 lbs, the skin stretches and tears under the strain, so its basically 27/7 bruising, though some fat ppl get actual tears in the flesh bc somehow that's less painful than not being fat.
