Warfare is the "objective, true nature of existence" if you follow social contract theory of goverence and society, in a state of nature (that is anarchy), it is war of every man verses every man, it is why man ended up forming societies and governments so that we can live in relative safety. When you don't have a government to enforce laws you end up with CHAZ/CHOPTrue, then you have books like Storm of Steel written by men like Ernst Jünger who directly participated in WW1 trench warfare, arguably the most brutal form of warfare of the entire early industrial period, and they just thought war was fucking mystical, something that revealed the 'objective, true nature of existence.'
We see this also in nature, Lion attacks lamb, Spiders set up traps for their pray, even the weather (Tornadoes, Hurricanes, etc) is violent and in a sense a state of warfare, the very thing that brings us life (water) also brings us death (tornadoes, hurricanes, floods)
