I'll repeat it, because I'm just that narcissistic.

Yes, I actually wrote a "fanfic" about Nick in prison. A-log me. Go ahead. Oh wait, you can't! Bwahahaha!

He is terrified of dentists, though. Which gives me a thought.

Something I thought about if he is incarcerated or, for that matter, committed.

Those holding him would be obliged to provide adequate healthcare.

The state of his mouth is approaching life threatening. Prisons and even institutions are not known for quality dental care, but what he has is likely to form abscesses or lead to septicemia or even death.

So it will likely be treated as a medical emergency.

Considering how bad it is, there is really no solution other than pulling out the affected teeth. Maybe all of them.

Such healthcare is not optional.

Nick is likely to resist.

So some time after admittance, there will be a scene where, perhaps in restraint straps in a dingy prison dental exam room, a bored prison dentist with a thousand yard stare pulls out Nick's teeth one by one.

I like to think this room is numbered 101. Perhaps the dentist is named Dr. O'Brien.

Must I Bring up Casey Anthony? Yes it's a different state, but the charges against her were equally heinous. (if not more so) Yet, she still managed to get off the hook. I really fucking hate to be a Debbie Downer, but I'd hold the celebrations until the guilty verdict is announced.

He seems like a suicide watch candidate to me. I don't think he's going to get shanked or anything because this is just jail and even in prison most people just want to do their time and get out.

However him not showering and not wiping his ass is going to make him very popular. I can see the possibility of bad things happening because of this.

It's all hypothetical since I have zero jail/prison experience. ;)

If Nick gets off free, and a Labour government gets in on the back of an SNP coalition next week, I promise that my sign for the inevitable protests will mention Nick Bate too!

Casey Anthony had an actual lawyer.

Nick Bate, or let's just call him by the name he'll die with in prison, Nickalaus B. Stoutzenberger, is not going to get any fancy pants legal mumbo jumbo to save him. If he has a jury, it will be a jury comprised of people who will see the vile shit he posted to the net himself.

Picture this. You're a jury member. You're on Nick's jury. You see the "anal sex attack" video.

But remember this. You aren't one of us. You're an innocent jury member who has never been exposed to shit like this before.

The goddamn bailiff is going to have to restrain you from personally jumping out of the jury box to beat the shit out of this worthless cocksucker.

The Casey Anthony case had a shit ton of media coverage though which probably influenced a bit. Also the prosecution was apparently horrible at their job. A few jury members that came out felt personally that Casey was guilty but based on the case that there wasn't sufficient evidence or argument to link her to the murder.

All Nick Bates will have is judge, jury, kiwi, odor, bad-teeth, and a bunch of incriminating evidence to be used against him. The investigation had to have turned up some things that they're keeping under wraps until the trial as well.

I hope the masturbating with shit video he sent the P.I. becomes the prosecution's way of explaining what kind of person Nick is to the court. That along with Nick's explanation as to why he made it should be enough to show the jury what kind of person he is.

Don't forget.

Nick's own "defense" consists of a video of him masturbating with his own shit.

Any sane lawyer will desperately try to keep that out of evidence.

And fail.

Because it is, in fact, highly probative. Perhaps even more probative than it is prejudicial.

And nobody will care in the least if it isn't.

It will get in, and so will Nick. Into prison. Forever.
