In my brief interaction with him, he was very quiet, but he has an 'on' voice...sort of like how movie trailer guys don't speak they way they do in trailers in real life. He speaks normally in real life, as I recall.

He should really just speak normally during his videos as well, it would make them less grating to listen to and he does actually make a lot of good points, I just can't stand how he draws out the final syllables, but thanks for the insight!

Funny thing , I remember a lot of crossovers were indeed done at cons and in the downtime of anniversary filming.

From what a lot of alumni have said, that was kind of done on purpose. It was basically used as a bargaining chip by the higher ups to get them to come to those things. They couldn't pay them for appearing in the anniversary specials, but if they were to make crossover videos with their fellow producers they would at least have an opportunity to get some content out of it.

You could say this about virtually any fandom. Fandom in general is a breeding ground for autists running amok. It's more weird in the TGWTG cannon because these are real people they are obsessed with.
