It matters now but it won’t in five years time. I don’t say that to brush it aside, but to give context. What matters when you leave school is the path you take and how you react to life. Nobody cares about things like that once you’re a few years out of school. What dictates success is being smart enough (not even genius level, just smart enough to be a little ahead) and then a combination of work, good judgement, personal skills, and grit.
It sounds like a cliche but it isnt. Nobody looks at my CV and only judges my list of degrees. They look at where I’ve worked, what I’ve worked on and how I present myself, and talk to people I’ve worked with over the years. People don’t hire people on their grades past the first year or two.
So dont sweat the perfection. Grit and an ability to react to setbacks and get back up will get you far further. Get some treatment and get back up. Allow yourself to be annoyed a bit, then move on
The situation around corona is concentrating people’s mental states - it’s stopping people from going out, blowing off steam and releasing tension. It’s stopping people from getting out into nature (at the risk of sounding like an old hippy, nature is important for the psyche.) There is an epidemic of mental ill health brewing under these conditions of lockdown. Humans are not meant to sit indoors all day for weeks on end.
I know, it’s not easy. Find something to do with your hands that absorbs the mind as well and creates a state of ‘flow’ (apart from the obvious

.) draw, paint, carve, print lino, sew, paint 40k figures, learn a language, read that ridiculously thick book on something obscure you've never had time to start. Restore something old. Anything - what doesn’t matter, as long as it’s absorbing and you enjoy it.
I’m hearing more and more people say similar things and the level of mental illness, stress etc is alarming. A lot of people are very close to snapping. Don’t snap - don’t be manipulated, find some calm.
