...I don't completely disagree with that...
Haven't read this in over a year, but does this thread still consist of dissertations of every episode script and how he ripped off a minor character that appeared in one episode of a preschool show that aired exclusively on a TV station in Iowa in spring 1976?
You’ve also got the way he’s been treating his fans, his constant decline into literal insanity that seems to get worse by the day, and the occasional mega autists who come by to talk about their own show aspirations.
It’s not exactly an every day thread, but there’s usually something funny happening once or twice a week

With his Lights Out review and this recent fuckery, I can't help but feel like Enter is regressing.

First off, let me be forthright. I actually like Mr. Enter and the content he produces. I'm attached to his personality, and while I know that does not make us friends or anything, it still hurts personally to see him suffer.

At the beginning of the year he expressed worry over the fact that his channel is not receiving growth like it did in his angry years. And he's worried that's what people want. And I can't help but feel like that's why we got the Lights Out review. It really does feel like a nostalgia trip (a bad one, but nostalgic nonetheless).

I feel Enter's at his best when he's talking about some niche thing he appreciates in his own way. That's why I actually really liked his top 10 commercials thing. These are choices I really wouldn't see anywhere else, and communicate a lot to me, even if I don't personally have experience with these things.

Lights Out conversely feels like, "I'm better than this thing, why does thing exist, (yet my own art cannot)?"

He's marking everyone who disagrees as spam again:

This is interesting to me because he leaves the massive amounts of actual spam on his page alone, but the instant someone disagrees about killing grandma, he has to get rid of it.

Someone just offered to pay for therapy sessions for Enter and he rejected it. Fucking Christ. Says he needs mental help and is literally offered it for free, but turns it down.

I feel like he just wants to stew in his misery at this point. Not that I can't relate, but by God, I don't think I'd have turned down FREE therapy even at my worst.

Behavior like this reeks of "I don't want a solution. I want to be mad." Because he knows after all these years that, once he stops being mad, he'll lose the attention he craves.

It's not the attention he's afraid of losing, it's the purpose in life. Every moment of his life has been consumed by the need to be angry at something, whether it's cartoons or his family or school or society etc. He's an overwhelmingly negative person and he truly does need help at this point because he is never going to be happy at this rate. I think we're starting to see signs that he may become suicidal in the future, especially if his youtube job tanks harder and his next kickstarter fails.

Holy shit, GUYS, WE GOTTA ARCHIVE EVERYTHING LIKE RIGHT NOW.

It's either the worst time to make this announcement, or the best announcement, but I don't find much practical use to using DeviantArt anymore, especially with the recent Eclipse update. Well, it's not so much "Recent" anymore. They've been working on it for more than a year and they can't get the basics taken care of. I'll be systematically removing most of my old things from here. They'll still exist, either on my hard drive, or on my website

https://www.mysteriousmisterenter.com/

Which I have to do one by one because of this platform's fucking awful infrastructure. Need to force that, but can't do something like remove an unnecessary block limit, which yes, is another major reason that I'm bowing out. DA, remove that block limit, and I'll consider coming back. I've had to fill it up with fucking spam bots because of how easy it is to make multiple accounts.

I'll be fine. I'm going to make content still, at my own pace. I'm not cutting myself off from social media interaction. You want to talk to me, come to my Growing Around discord I guess.

This is the link for now. https://discord.gg/hHBm6p. I'll update it as things go along. This account will still remain up at the very least. If I get one of those alternative media things, I'll tell you about it.

My main hub is still my YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOCs7lAn_5fZWhnqMOOYfXQ?view_as=subscriber

Journals and such are going to be here.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBp7SeyWMfMNyIZo3ZbeKaQ?view_as=subscriber

Due to the fact that I can't really block spam, trolls, and harassment because of the stupidest design decision in social media history, anything I do post here from now on will have its comments disabled.

Maybe I'll regret this decision. But maybe I haven't.

On the bright side, if he really goes all the way with this, he'll finally have to update the "Scripts" page on his website. That thing's been out of date for years, and I don't think even his fans can keep track of the GA canon anymore.

Would it surprise anyone to hear this?

The short version is he hates Eclipse and the block limit, so he's splitting.
EDIT: Ninja Icarus is right. Best get on that.

The guy who offered Enter therapy said he's deleting his account. I saw mention of harassment there towards Enter. Anyone know what's going on with that?
Who are they?

Don't just archive journals and posts, archive comments as well, there's some juicy stuff in there even though they're harder to reach.

You're right. Luckily I had a (phone) picture saved of the person, so I found their account. This all seems like interesting stuff, wish we could see Enter's side to fully piece it together. We might want to hurry, cause they mentioned they were going to delete their account.

Looks like he had a few conversations with Enter. Looks like they're the sibling of the Madoka patron.

I'm going through saving journal posts related to GA, writing, some creative endeavors and whatever else I find interesting. I've skimmed 2 years worth of journals now and they are overwhelmingly negative and depressing. Only the GA journals sound moderately enthusiastic, everything else is him talking about how he's mad at something or feels like shit. I'm genuinely starting to feel concerned for this guy.

Edit: I went to archive his post-Nick-o-Rama journals on the Wayback Machine but it looks like he's trying to cover his tracks.
Good thing we've got this thread. As Crimson Mayhem put it, "the internet never forgets".

Looks like he's going for the newer journals first. He's already snuffed out everything from this year.

Him sort-of apologizing for one of his Seth videos: https://archive.vn/Fra95
And this conversation where an indie director sticks it to him. https://archive.vn/TJIfr

A couple more findings in the journals:
>if Enter had a son he would name him Stephen. Yes, there is a GA character named Steve and yes he does crossdress
>he'd name his daughter Serenity, which is Sally's middle name
>his dad was apparently absent and he grew up with a step dad who he wishes was absent (I guess this explains the Rozanski/Plourde thing?)
>he used to visit a therapist
>he had more writing projects than I realized. There's GA, Little Cassie (a finished but unpublished novel), Alone Together, The Role We Play, Clockworld, and at least 2 more I can't recall the names for.
>Funny enough the description of the conflict in Clockworld is that people have to go to college to succeed.
>GA was meant to be practice for writing Alone Together
> From a December 2015 journal: "no, I'm not starting a kickstarter thingy. Personally I don't think I've earned the right to do that (honestly, what so far have I finished?)"
