Have you considered that you haven't seen it? And that's because it's done surreptitiously, almost unacknowledged. There are a TON of small businesses that hire only White people. I have been very lucky in that every firm I've worked with, I've worked with fewer than ten black people total, and that's over 20 years of working. In a large city even. Once you get accustomed to the culture, many are very open to ethnic jokes and talk about black people in less hushed tones. Where there are blacks, whites will congregate and look out for their own (my City Hall experience). That's how we're doing it, just keeping them out of our day-to-day lives. And they call it 'systemic racism,' but you can't do shit about it because we don't come out and SAY it. "Oh Shanequa, you didn't get hired, we found someone with better quals." End of story. It's just the truth and they can't prove shit.
