There isn’t a judge in the entire state of Florida that would make a single mother of two special needs kids pay money to a deadbeat man like Zach.
Not only that, Zach would never be able to afford a lawyer to push the issue and if he did, Hagrid would have so many TERF lawyers running to her defense.

To people who suggest Heather should (wo)man up and get rid of him, you should understand just how debilitating a severe stroke like this is.

Firstly, there are of course the physical consequences of partial paralysis and aphasia (the frustrating situation where you know what you want to say but can't find the words anymore), often also with short-term memory loss. In Heather's case, there also seems to be diabetes which in itself requires a whole new way of living.

Mentally, there is the scary prospect that it might happen again, setting you back or killing you. You have no idea how much you will recover and how long it will take. Meanwhile, without insurance, the bills just stack up. I suspect one frequent consequence of severe stroke must be depression.

Normally, people can get through surprisingly well with 6-12 months of professional revalidation and coaching, augmented hopefully by their social support network. Here a useless waste of oxygen for a husband is not a good prospect of course.

Just about the last thing on a stroke victim's mind, though, must be starting divorce proceedings in the middle of the recovery process. And no matter how hopeless the guy is, he is still a known factor from your previous life to hold on to.

The lass is well and properly done for.

I feel bad for her about the strokes. She's awfully young to be dealing with stuff like this. She's worked herself to death for Zach. But, she's drunk the trans kool-aid. She's defended him and financially supported him even when he brought in another dude -- his true love, Penny -- into the house in front of her kids.

When you really think about how she's taken abuse after abuse and let her kids be around a total perv who doesn't even like kids, that sympathy evaporates pretty quickly. I probably wouldn't be as disgusted by her if she didn't have kids. I can see having shit self esteem and letting an abuser cow you into submission. But any mother that lets her kids be exposed to that type of environment deserves karma kicking her ass.

If Heather gets out of her hellish marriage it will 100% be due to her mother loving her out. She’s basically in a cult, and leaving will require her to swallow some very, very bitter pills. She’ll have to admit to herself that she wasted 8(?) years of her life dragging around an abusive sex pest who never gave a shit about her, and that she prioritized that same creep over her children and put them in danger of molestation. That’s brutal. Having to look herself in the mirror like that, and then to file for divorce, probably have to deal with cops multiple times to get his fat ass out of her house, deal with all the public humiliation he can throw at her, get ostracized from her liberal friend groups, and on and on. We can point and laugh at Zach for being a fat, gross flabby pervert, but she’s recovering from a stroke and he could be a physical threat to her. Getting Heather out of her situation would be a long, difficult process if she was perfectly willing, but she’s dug her heels in deep.

We can sincerely hope she does get out, because imagine lying in your deathbed in your 40’s and realizing methmouth Zach is happily watching you die so he can e-beg for “funeral expenses.”

Her situation just sounds harrowing, even if she got into it through terrible decisions. If Zach gets any money from the Go Fund Me he's just going to use that to keep her around and keep the circus going. Also since she was his chauffeur, how is he getting around? Is he spending a fortune on Lyft?

Sounds like the premise of a horror movie. Zinnia makes excellent material for a psychopath who marries women so she can drive them to their deaths and collect their fortunes.

Zach pretending that he is some alien that just doesn't understand us mere mortals and our strange human ways. 🙄 I guess he's not entirely wrong. Zach is a sociopath. That's why he doesn't understand human emotions. That's also why people are so weirded out by him. Those warning bells go off when you encounter him.

The reason why he is glad that his face is covered is because of his meth mouth. He can pretend otherwise, be we all know he is sensitive about that. As for his eyes, they are weirdly small and not the least bit feminine looking. He has suddenly discovered that the more he covers up, the more he passes.

Zach needs to go full burqa to really pull off the female look, though. He should seriously consider it. Then he can do blasphemous butt things like trying to ram a copy of the Quran up his ass. With any luck, some nice young ISIS member can solve Heather's problems for her.
