I'll try to answer these questions as realistically as possible:

A. Sorry dude, I don't think the Kickscammer campaign is ever gonna happen at this rate. You should've moved on from this game a long time ago.
B. I can't imagine a single Japanese seiyuu wanting to willingly work on this game. At the very best, they'll only take up the offer just to earn some quick, easy cash and because this game is just one giant meme at this point.

Looks like this poor user won't get any answers anytime soon, but I'll check back later to see if Adolfin might post something.
