First you accuse Nick of not covering that part of the deposition. He live streamed the whole thing. Then you accuse him of glossing over it. Your complaint seems to be that Nick didn't inject enough commentary. If everything he says is spin, why are you whining about him letting the deposition speak for itself?

That second pic is way too casual for Monica to be wearing heels, and shes about the same height as the other pic, that would put Mr. Toye closer to the 5"7" height I guessed. Assuming of course she isn't wearing heels on either picture. Either way, he would still be shorter than "Vig Mangina who wears platforms!!!"

However, I don't know how I missed this, but Mr. Ronald Toye III, loan officer and defendant in Mignona v. Funimation/Rial/Toye/Marchie, is claiming to "have the power to destroy [Vic Mignona]". Mr. Toye are you claiming responsibility for Vic's loss of reputation and work? I thought you and your personal fiance's unproven accusations of rape and claims of "one hundred victims" had nothing to do with Vic's damages... Interesting that you appear to claim otherwise.

Furthermore, Vic is "not our guy". The majority of us here (myself not included) had never heard of him until the allegations and lawsuit. Since you put it that way, I suppose Vic's important enough within the industry to hold power over the other VA's and convention management for decades and without to be a public figure pretty unimportant.
Also, since he was a known pervert who has continuously ruined his own reputation for years and nothing anyone said or did could put a stop to it, I would say that the no name who actually destroyed him would have to be super important.
