This is an affidavit, sworn under the penalty of perjury, in the court case Vig filed. This is what everyone who knows the law calls Evidence.

As dishonest as WP seems to be, I wouldn't be the least surprised if they gave Ron the thumbs up. They billed for a 'quick review of email exchanges with Ron Toye and counsel regarding comments and statements made online about the lawsuit' for 1.1 hours ($302.50), to 'monitor harassment and abuse of clients following TCPA dismissal' for 1.2 hours ($522.00), a 'Telephone call with client regarding doxing of my personal information' along with some other things for a portion of .5 hours, a 'discussion with client regarding... ...public relations,' and a 'Brief telephone call with Ron Toye redacted regarding comments made online regarding Judge Chupp and expected ruling from Court' for .1 hours ($27.50)

Looked over the fees brief and reply. Went back through Ronica's last three motions including att. fees.

It's even worse when you remember that Ron testified under oath during his deposition that he'd just ignore people calling him a pedophile online. If it was a fake, they would have had to get the photo from somewhere. Doing an image search through Google gets no results, so they couldn't have simply pulled it off the internet. That suggests it really is Ron Jr.

Ron does like to use Michele's affadavit as the sole piece of evidence that proves Vic committed sexual assault. The only thing it proves is that Michele is one angry bitch and that Vic cheated on her. That much has been confirmed and true for a long time now. He really wants to emphasize that one girl he cheated on Michele with was underage. That's a pretty serious implication... But who is this person? Why hasn't the underaged girl Vic had a relationship with provided an affidavit? Why doesn't she have a name? Michele clearly seems to know everyone Vic has cheated on her with, right?
