What consoles did you have as wee thing? what games did you play?

My first game was Super Mario World on SNES. Most of the other games we had for SNES were a bit too hard for my three-year-old mind like Super R-Type and Castlevania IV.

When I was a bit older we got a PS1 which I played Gex and Ape Escape on. I had a hard time playing MediEvil, but I still loved it.

When I was maybe 6ish we got a Gamecube, and out of all the consoles we had, our gamecube had to have had the most extensive library. Super Smash Bros, Star Fox Adventure, Star Fox Assault(one of the first games I ever beat), Metroid Prime 1 & 2, and the prize of our collection: Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour.

My first game was Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy and mostly grew up on KH, Jak and Ratchet. I got a PS2 around 3rd grade and that was pretty much what I played as I grew up.

For GBA, which was my second system I got around the same time, I played pretty much nothing but Pokemon Emerald and Megaman Battle Network.

For me, the first game I remember playing was Crash Bandicoot 2. I grew up playing mostly PS1 games with a bit of N64 and Game Boy games. I mainly played platformers, both 2D and 3D. Stuff like Oddworld, Banjo Kazooie, Spyro, Super Mario 64, ect.

As I got older, I got into the PS2 and started branching out into games like Shadow of the Colossus, Kingdom Hearts, Metal Gear Solid 3, ect. Although I still enjoyed playing 3D platformers like Jak and Daxter and Ratchet and Clank.

I mainly grew up playing on the Game Boy Advance, the Gamecube, and the PC. Games I remember playing the most are Kirby Nightmare In Dreamland, Super Smash Bros Melee, and many of those educational adventure games from Humongous Entertainment.

I was practically born with a controller in my hands, playing Sonic on Sega Genesis (yeah powerlevel ovar 9000 there incoming autistic ratings). I also had Mario, Zelda, Pokemon, and some others on Nintendo systems later on as my childhood went on; they were mostly platformers but I'd have basically every kind of genre from beat-em-up to shooting to strategy through non-Nintendo systems such as PC or Playstation as well.

We had a Sega Genesis, but we lost it in a move. I was too young to really remember it, but I'm pretty sure we owned all 3 good games for it.

Consoles: Gameboy Color and Advance, Playstation

Games: Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, Frogger, Mortal Kombat, Gex, The Legend of Zelda Oracle of Seasons + Ages

I mostly watched my brother play games, actually. What I myself usually played was a variety of stuff for the Gameboy, namely Disney games like 102 Dalmatians.

My preschool had tons of the old TI-94/A computers. When I was a young spergling I played the shit out of Parsec, Alpiner, TI Invaders, Star Trek, Munch Man, lots of stuff.

Aw. I was going to sperg about Pretty Pretty Princess. :c
But this is vidya. Oh well

I remember mostly playing duckhunt or Mario on NES and that was rather briefly. Then I had a sega genesis. I played the shit out of sonic games although it looks like I missed out on the side effect of autism.

There was one game I can't remember the name of...it was on NES and my parents hated it and got rid of it pretty quickly. It had a mat that was kinda like DDR, but I'm wanting to say it was athletic in nature, rather than dance. I just mostly remember my mom bitching about the racket I made stomping and flailing all over it. And then I never saw that game again.
RIP Unknown NES game...I hope you actually existed and you weren't just a fever dream...

As far as I know, I grew up playing a bunch of games for N64, PS1, and PS2. My childhood all the way to my late teens consisted of those three with PS2 taking most of it. Said games I can remember for those consoles were Donkey Kong 64, Spyro the Dragon, and Metal Gear Solid 2 & 3.

Holy hell it did exist!! Wow, that was a rush of nostalgia seeing that pad!
All I remember from whatever game we had to go with it was being some fggt jumping hurdles I think? Can't really remember much since it was so brief and I was only around 4 or 5 at the time.

I grew up on Nintendo. It started with a gifted NES with Super Mario Bros., then schoolmates got me into pokemon. And in '99 I got an N64 for christmas. Eventually I bought a PS2.

My family had a GameBoy, a Sega Saturn, and a Dreamcast. I liked to play Tetris on the GameBoy and Virtua Fighter 2 on the Saturn.

I started out playing with my cousins Atari 5200 until I got a NES and Sega Genesis. Through the years I've also had SNES, PS1, PS2, GameCube, several types of Gameboys... (Today I have more, and had to replace a couple units because they broke down from use... My Genesis is a trooper tho)

My favorite games were RPGs and sidescrollers... I'd have to say some of my fondest memories was playing NES with my brother and grandparents. My Nan likes playing Kabuki Quantum Fighter, and Pappy likes Super Mario Bros 3. :heart-full:
