Seems it's either simp or mgtow tonight. Even Nick and Co get a bit male doomer with the whole "You can never marry a woman who has a child with another man, it will end with you fucked one way or the other". I am a eurofag but I have more than one friend who is happily married with stepkid(s), and I doubt it is that much worse for the US.

My ex-wife effectively kidnapped our children before the divorce and I and anyone else in my family haven't seen them since. If I threaten to get the law involved, she says she'll tell them that I used to beat her.

Yeah, sure, Not Every Woman, but I now believe that when you have a case of a single mom, it's just as likely, if not more, that the mother is possessive and crazy than the father is a deadbeat. Even before Nick had Drex on his show the first time I've been steering far clear of women with kids.

I don't know about the numbers eitherway, but it's pretty brutal out here in california, the women are ruthless and divorce/child-custody are weaponized.

Unless you are middle to upper-middle class you have no chance of raising your kids non-divorced. (hispanics aside, but those women are pretty much slave drivers)

Even Will Smith is cucked. Marital infidelity used to be whispered about and a huge stain on a families reputation, now its just expected. Not sure if its iphones being the perfect cheatcessory or a shift in culture.

Women expect more from men still, but women soak up most of the air conditioned office jobs while men fight for whats left, it's a real power imbalance. Maybe euros found a balance for working women, but we still haven't.

This is exactly the problem, abusive woman has a kid, uses the father up, tries to move on and repeat the process. This is what we are trying to stomp out when we talk about not wanting a step kid, the problem isn't the kid, the kid is just a red flag, the problem is that crazy women cause divorces but we buy their victim routine, that is the turn around, if we could accept that women are just as abusive as men, then we could move on to at least accepting half the step kids out there, unfortunately expecting women to be accountable for their share of toxic relationships is impossible in the current climate of PATRIARCHY IS RAPE that even trad wives live by deep down.

I also used to be against the death penalty generally, but would life in prison be any better? Forced to wake and sleep and eat and exercise on someone else's schedule, only able to eat the food that's placed before you like a dog, living inside a concrete box and forced to see the same sights all day, no family, no women… it sounds like a life worth than death, and there would be a limited number of years I'd be facing before I would tell the judge, "You know what? Go ahead, man. Just have your deputy there put one in the back of my skull now, please." And that number would probably be a lot less than most other people's.

A relatively painless death sounds more merciful to me than a lifetime of incarceration. Surely I'm not alone in thinking that.
