Edit: that's a really erroneous statement. The reason is because a lot of your anime fans today probably don't even know who Vic is. I'm willing to bet most "against" him are virtue signaling for the wahmens and clout without having a clue about Vic's career. Mostly because anime fans are not how they used to be.

It used to be "omg I love this VA I love them so much I wanna follow everything they do and hear every part they've ever played!"

Specht only loves whatever can keep her in comfort and in the center of attention. She used Vic to further her career then attached herself to his 'friends' and played victim to garner sympathy when she helped them stab in him the back. She hates anyone who align themselves with Vic or Svetlana, point blank. That tweet wasnt grief or remorse, it was keeping up appearances. Badly. Maybe pretending to care is part of her community service for the grand larceny charges.
