This is the type of behavior that's rampant with the NYPD. (along with the "accidental" killings and abuses of power.) They antagonize you and if you resist in any way or "disobey" them they charge you with resisting arrest and felony assault on an officer like they did to this guy. They will charge you with that even if you are beaten and bloodied and they don't have a scratch on them. Then, even if you get completely acquitted of that charge, any time you have another interaction with an officer and they look up your name they will see the arrest and try to fuck you over and put you through the system again for anything they can.

Oh, and the reason they went after this guy is because it's either against MTA rules or an illegal offense or both to take up more than one seat in the subway, even if it's the middle of the night and the entire car is empty. A lot of people don't even realize hopping the turnstyle/not paying your fair is an arrestable offense and they will put you through the system.

As I've stated many times before there does need to be poilce reform as well as criminal justice reform. The current systems in place are a major part of the problem. poilce have for to much Immunity from there own actions. Many of are current laws Actively victimize the mentally ill as well drug users and the poor. This has caused resentment in many communities. This doesn't excuse niggers and there own behavior which has helped escalate this problem.
Defunding the poilce and replacing them with social workers isn't going to help much.

Are airports still local jurisdictions or could the feds come in with additional charges? Look at the face of the one on the left! These nogs need some beefed up charges.
Airports are subject to local and state jurisdiction (but if the women did anything that would be a federal crime then yes the feds could), airplanes in flight are federal jurisdiction, and it seems [for aircraft] there is a quite a few statues for it 18 U.S. Code § 7(5), 49 U.S.C. § 46501(2), 18 U.S. Code § 32, 49 U.S.C. § 46506, 49 U.S.C. § 46502, and this is all just a quick google search.

Looks like PMC to me.

Or... and hear me out... Feds deliberately masking who they are with gear. I'm willing to bet there were a couple of black Tahoes nearby with some Olympic grade sprinters all in black inside in case this guy tried to rabbit.

Their gear is unidentifiable. Uniforms unidentifiable. They aren't kitted out for running, and yeah, there's a lot to grab on, but I'm willing to bet they're geared up for long term hold out of several hours if necessary along with enough ammo to suppress a crowd if need be.

And they didn't search him. I've seen that tactic a time or two. Cheap rental vehicle rented with basic slush-fund backed debit/credit cards that look like they're from Wal-Mart that running any plate will just show a nearby rental agency not any government agency and trying to trace the credit card just gives "J. Johnson" or "J. Smith" with a bullshit address (that's actually used as the IDer in the gov grey database) so no figuring out by civvies where they're from. They'll get him in the van, black bag over the head, transport him to a parking garage that's been allocated for this. They'll pull him out, strip him, photograph and film it, putting his stuff in a Tupperware container as they inventory it, do his biometrics, give him a shitty jumpsuit, then rerestrain and black bag him, and drag him off to the Tahoe, where he'll be moved to a plane, or load him up on a bus to sit and wait till the bus pulls out and hits the Interstate on its way to a nearby prison that has already cleared a wing for this.

It's either PMC operating under State Department or Department of the Interior auspices, or Feds running a bagging op.
What are these guys decked out in camo suited for the woodland rather than urban camouflage like full black or navy blue?

It's a Mad Mad Mad World.

Hmm, does this mean they don't expect the criminal charges to stick? 🤔
Civil lawsuits can be a bit bullshittery the court/jury could find Floyd majority at fault but if its not 100% the defendant may still need to pay say 30% of the amount asked for if Floyd was found 70% at fault. Even if the officers are found not guilty in criminal court they still can be found at fault in civil court.
