I like peanut about a million more times than I do DCMG, but my money would be on DC winning this particular showdown. She’s a much bigger asshole than peanut IMO, but she’s also a lot more well spoken. She has an excellent vocabulary and good diction and pretty good syntax. Peanut does not have those things.

What is her issue?

The person just seemed like they were being considerate. It's not as if it's just a "Is it cold in here?" situation; you can clearly see her aereola.
