What black diaspora are they talking about? They have no idea where their homelands are other than a vague "East Africa" since modern political borders didn't exist back then. All they can do is take a DNA test to figure out what their tribe likely is and that's useless. When my Armenian friend in the Armenian diaspora visits Armenia, he is welcomed back like a brother. Same for my Greek friend, Palestinian friend, so on and so forth. The only exception I've seen to this rule is African Americans who find out their original tribes, go back to Africa to meet them and are regularly laughed at for being the descendants of warriors that were so weak as to be made slaves. Even now, Africans on Facebook mock African Americans with the same rhetoric. African Americans are stuck in America, they have no home to call theirs in Africa and to have a diaspora, you have to have at least some idea of a homeland that is willing to take you back.
