The Twitch DMCA Saga (Three Times Resilient!)

Feels weird to not have anyone to root for in a battle between Phil and someone else.

Situations like this make me wish that dueling was still legal in the US.

Superhound could fly his abbo ass over to WA State where he can meet Phil in a Renton park for an old fashioned duel. While normal duel etiquette was to count to 10, turn, and fire, Phil and Superhound - being the sleezebags they are - would race to be the first to count to 2 in an attempt to cheat to win.

I know some states still have consensual combat

This is why you don't taunt superhound. Whatever fuck that guy does companies fall for it.

It's not that the companies fall for it, as much as they don't want any opening for them to get sued. So when someone says "X is in the wrong," they'll just hammer X and tell them to defend themselves. They don't want to get sued, and they won't protect you, as much as people want to pretend the company cares.

The fuck? Jesus Christ, it's like someone deliberately taught him the wrong way to do literally everything, and then hit him in the head with a rock so that he would never be smart enough to course-correct.

Yeah, to his own head.

It happened again. Will phil stick to his word of leaving twitch if it happened again? Or will he pretend he never said it and bend over for his twitch gods like before?

This is what I'm interested to see. He made such a strong big nuts tough guy stance on it, will he puss out or follow through?
