Unfortunately, he's not terribly wrong to be throwing shade at twitch. With the same damn thing having happened in a couple days, and it being likely bullshit DMCA chicanery, he's got a legit gripe.
Worst part about this is that a bunch of open wallets are going to dump more shekels into his open wallet.

this entire saga is a goldmine. not only does it expose how terrible twitch's stance on DMCAs is, but phil's personality only makes the guy file more and more. if he had kept his mouth shut and pretended it was a 24 hour ban for being mean to people, i doubt this would've escalated

Phil has to realize that leaving Twitch would be a huge mistake, right? He would legit be out about $2000-$3000 a month unless the people who sub and cheer are willing to trundle over to Youtube (or wherever) and pay with tips instead.
