how is it more of a karen move? it's a totally unkaren thing to do. Karens go to people or places of authority and use false (or misplaced) entitlement in order to bulldoze desent. Literally "going to the manager" could be "appealing to the fans on your site in the court of public opinion" Digi's take isn't "oh mommy look at tommy doing something dumb" it's "tommy you dense mf, stop doing dumb shit"
at least that's my read.
Not to beat a dead meme even further, but I think the point
@Xenomorph was making is that instead of taking criticism or denial as he should, Digi sperged publicly about how he's actually right and everyone else is wrong. Which is much the same as a "Karen" going into a store and demanding her view of events be recognized and accommodated by everyone else. But when you do it with an internet forum like Kiwifarms it turns into a grander sort of "the internet is wrong, I'm right, I'll prove it by sperging to the internet about how they're wrong so they accept that I'm right."
And that's the dumbest thing he could have done, by the way. The boundary between diss track and sperging out because of people not accommodating you is very thin when it's clearly a result of getting assblasted in both a personal (discord arguments) and collective (having a thread) manner.
The unkaren thing to do would be for Digi, even if
@Null personally feels he is creepy and unbecoming of respect, to accept that, laugh it off, or try and actually change. Making a diss track demonstrates he wants to be accommodated, which is already nearly impossible when he has spoken publicly about his love of illustrations of little girls getting dicked.
Also nice to see Digi already failed at getting off weed. I guess when the going got tough, he slinked back to his dependency instead of taking the commonly offered advice of getting off the internet, stop jacking off, and focusing on making an income through the content for which his paying fans actually want to pay.
