The Twitch DMCA Saga (Three Times Resilient!)

Welp, just a reminder that this saga isn’t quite over yet, even if Phil is back on Twitch.

Aside from the copyright issues and any future DMCA claims, you can bet your life that trolls contacted Twitch to report that Phil broke his contract by streaming on YouTube.

I’d say it’s 50/50 whether they give a shit or not.

Phil’s attitude and logic “Fuck em, they fucked me over first!” certainly won’t do him any favors.

With Covid they're not just gonna send a guy over. He will have to schedule it a date in advance.

its a router can't they just send UPS it with return postage for the old one?
I upgraded my service recently (also use Comcast) and they sent a new modem via UPS. I don't know why they ever had technicians hand them out unless boomers needed help installing them?

Hhahahaha new tweet:

I'm getting a new modem "TODAY" i don't care if you disagree with me guys.

Why can't he be normal and just switch to the other connection?

It's like he has two cars and says he can't go out somewhere because his car has broken down.

When you take his situations and put them into something relatable, it always seems he takes the most ludicrous choice.

I got ddos'd once (over a game of CSGO of all things) and it took like 30 mins and turning the modem on and off again to fix it.

Is this a continual ddos? Or is this the business line coming back to fuck him?
