She's very much the fake type of person who would do that. Everything about her personality is a cheap facsimile of whatever low hanging fruit she could get praised for (like how she hates animes, games, 4chan, etc., but uses anime/game/4chan references, anyway, to appeal to her fandom).
Objectively, being with Greg made her look bad. Normal adults would say "What the fuck, you're in a LDR with a fat autist?" ...But because her fans who wanted to essentially self-insert as Greg (being fat autists themselves) praised her for it, she saw nothing wrong. Validation means it's fine. Validation is the only thing an attention whore needs in life.
If she never started her whole "boxxy cosplaying to youtube tradwife" pipeline, and was normal and left her house, she'd be a pretty stereotypical slut. Why? Because she'd be getting so much praise from men saying "haha you're so outgoing and sexy" that she'd immediately feed into that validation, and slut herself out. As sluts do. Being praised for having a vagina=validation, in her mind. And this only happens since she has no real skills or talents, or original thoughts... so, she cannot conceive of people praising her for something that takes actual talent.
Since her only video since the breakup was a cold-take reaction video, this trend will probably continue.
