As far as my research has shown that is NOT her child, I believe it's one of her brothers... Possibly Ethan Vickers, the brother that has the exact same first name as Ralph for some creepy reason. She basically takes care of them so I find it amusing that she abandoned them to take care of her 300 pound manchild eceleb boyfriend that looks like her father. People really misunderstand the Karen meme. At its essence it's just a way to express anger / discontent towards older (usually white) women. It's a very reddit meme. It's used much like reddir uses "chud" as a catchall for "guys I don't like".
