Hooooooly Shit, so their lazy asses are fully supported by trust fund tech goat?
I'm sure anyone would be SUPER happy to pay for EVERYTHING for a whole house of other people and that would never lead to ANY animosity or resentment.
Paying for nothing, having all the cooking done for them and still constantly bitching and moaning and generally being awful. This is just being 30 and still living with mom and dad without admitting you're still living with mom and dad.

Well at least the wolf grows food for the household and the fox does the cooking and they're doing it all for the yellow thing who'd die if she gets infected(who also draws furry porn which means she's making a lot of money too). What does Abby do?

But who in their right mind quits their job to stay isolated anyways?

What does Tech-goat get out of this? If he can pay for everything, why does he keep everyone around (especially bitch-cat and Stealy McGee)?
Tech-goat is Jess' partner, a non-binary butch chick that works from home IRL. They've tweeted about it before. Penny the dog(art thief) is Jess since they actually did that, and Jess considers themselves high-risk for COVID because of their failed kidney and immune deficiency. Also probably does make some money on commission via social media/patreon.

I don’t understand why the other roommates let the cat live there or why the bird likes the cat?
The cat is an awful person. I realize all of them are Jess’s self-inserts, the cat most of all, but even he has to realize how unlikeable he is.
Is this one of those situations where his partner is both ugly and from a broken home and they think Jess is the best they can do?

Hoping in here to say DAMN.

He looked actually decent before the trans shit. Still a lil bit of a weirdo but I'd totally let him ravage me if he was sane-minded.

Now he looks like a literal monster. Seriously, why are people saying it's not an illness again? Not a disorder? If you notice, the best trans people who ACTUALLY look like the opposite gender don't talk about being in the 'LGBT' or "muh pride' and "omg stfu you cis motherfuckerT'."

Gee, it's almost like they know better and it's not about the attention? Just look at these people, man. I can smell the medicine cabinets from a mile away.
It's pretty sad. I went through GD, it's an illness/disorder. Many kill themselves over it, many can't handle the confusion. It must suck suffering with a disorder as bad as depression and forced to be associated with these wackjobs that go so far as to try and contact governments about misinformation- imagine not being able to get the help you need because of these people. It's even more twisted how they try to groom kids into their ideology, knowing how naive they are.
These people are so deranged that they actively threaten to kill real trans people like Blaire White.

I know this is kinda unrelated- but I thought I'd bring it up considering people claimed in the beginning that we were only making fun of the person because "they were trans" and yaknow, not a complete degenerate asshole.

Jess is Penny and Abby and Ivy, all at once.

Penny is Jess's impulsivity, her creative side, her rebelliousness and her risk-taking. Ivy is Jess's self-loathing, her laziness, her depression, her neurosis and self-doubt. Abby is Jess at her most normal, just a working stiff trying to support her friends and navigate life as best she can. I guess you could say Penny is her id, Ivy is the ego, and Abby is the super ego.

The thing is, both Penny and Ivy are very selfish people who try and justify the things they do after the fact, and Abby doesn't really do much to curb either of them, so we're left to assume Abby condones their behavior. She bows to Ivy's emotional tantrums instead of trying to, even gently, let her know that her behavior isn't healthy or acceptable, and instead is too focused on either validating her feelings or doing the most basic damage control possible. She's little more than Ivy's nursemaid.

Man, there is a lot going on here.

It's weird when Jess does these big "feels" comics for characters like Green Shit Cat and Thief Dog. Stuff like that would tug a bit at the heart if they were coming from characters we could connect with and become invested in their emotional well being but seeing Green Shit Cat, who is surrounded by enablers, has no responsibilities and no obligations sing about being betrayed and sad is just stupid.
I imagine Green Shit Cat's idea of a betrayal is Blue Big Bird not kissing their ass for one day. Meanwhile, Blue Big Bird, the one character who has a job and friends and seems kind of nice is depicted as utterly obsessed with Green Shit Cat, constantly telling them that she loves them and doing them favours.

I agree with @Meowthkip's assessment of these all being aspects of Jess herself, but goddamn does it make for an unlikeable cast of characters.
