I think it's a tactic to mop up the crowd of soy-teens who were "radicalized to communism" by TikTok. They have a lot of free time to shit around on the Internet. They love tankie cosplays and will share the shit out of them to signal how kewl they are to their friends. If you sell out to that crowd, you can cash in on a lot of publicity, at the low low price of encouraging people to burn down the country.

Which is what really makes these guys so pathetic. We get it. You hate Anita and Bush because they remind you of Mom and Dad, assuming you had both. You hated being dragged to church every Sunday. You wanted to play all those M-rated games that your friends were playing but couldn't. But the 2000's are over. The New Atheism turned out to be a joke, and Jordan Peterson has pointed out that religion does have great moral benefits even without actual faith in a deity. You're no longer the edgy rebel that you were in your rural or suburban setting. Younger Millennials and Zoomers are far, far past you on the hip and happening train, and you're practically a cultural and political boomer in comparison. Even most boomers managed to grow out of their flower child phase and become "respectable" members of society. In short, it's time to grow up.
