Tearzah's apology is worthless to anyone who doesn't know what she's apologizing for. She gives no context for what she did wrong, and doesn't say anything that would inform her viewers how she's changed/how she is going to change. The fact that her fans responded to it by basically saying "we forgive you!!! Thank you for apologizing, now we can see your videos again!!!" is really funny. They don't care.

This website's culture is not a forgiving one. People here can be nice, it's not hard to assimilate if you know what you're getting into, but if you come in here looking for asspats, few threads will give you that treatment.

Also, work on making your typing style more anonymous. With a lot of you, it's easy to tell you came from Tumblr or Twitter. You wouldn't want people from those websites knowing you came onto the evil nazi transphobic hate-site, would you? You wouldn't want people from this website finding out who you are IRL, no?

Just, don't be stupid. Follow the rules. Simple as that.

Or don't, you'll either end up being perceived as annoying, or as a bit of a calf yourself.

Looks like you're pretty spot on with this one. Biggest giveaways are places like where she mistakes the dark space to the right of the guy's legs as part of his pants, resulting in wierd bowlegged incel character where the leg just sort of swells out where it shouldn't. Thanks for the input, havent had a good Tea trace in a while!

I'll tell you what is wrong with it: that is literally a hand that has its dorsum (the back of the hand) pressed against the floor, bending the wrist in a matter that exposes the palm in the way you can see on the image. Try doing what I just described and compare it to the art.

That or Tarzah has fucked up big time and drew a palm instead of a dorsum, that is also a possibility.

i dont know why they couldnt add some shading. the pose is whatever when you dont pay attention that much. at first glance it looks like vomit and you dont know what is going on.

The top picture is actually decent with the background she drew. Not great, the filters are hiding a LOT, but pretty decent.

What does smoking have to do with surgery?

Smoking can cause more complications post-surgery, and it's especially likely for mastectomies and mammectomies. Especially for mammectomies that include nipple grafts, smokers are at a far higher risk of necrosis and losing the grafts. However, I don't think surgeons tend to outright forbid smokers from getting the surgery - it's just an added risk.

As far as I know, an anesthesiologist needs to know if you smoke if you're going to be put under since they have to adjust the gas for whatever reason. Never had anyone worry about smoking for an outpatient, conscious procedure.

Have had a couple of major surgeries in the past few years - yes, an anesthesiologist will ask you whether or not you smoke. For major surgeries, however, your surgeon may also ask you this. I've been asked whether or not I smoke on both occasions.

Adding onto my previous comment - as I said, while a mammectomy is a major surgery and you do risk complications with it if you're a smoker, I've never heard of someone being refused that surgery due to smoking (as opposed to, for example, it being refused for obese patients). However, if Salem truly does intend to go through with the surgery, I actually think it's for once a good decision on their part to quit smoking (assuming they're able to do so). Not quitting would not likely prevent them from getting the surgery, but it's a lot safer and could prevent necrosis, poor healing, infection, and a worse aesthetic result with regards to scars or healing of potential grafts.

While putting off the surgery to quit smoking may seem like a cop out and a way to avoid seriously going through with the surgery while still getting Real Transsexual Clout by claiming to want it... If I'm completely fair to them, it's actually a good call for once. The one thing that makes me doubt it is we had never heard of this chainsmoking before, which almost makes it sound like it was made up as an excuse to put off the surgery. Salem doesn't exactly have the voice of a pack-a-day serious smoker either.
