I don't have a Twitter account but at this point they probably right that vic will lose the case. I think the accustations are lies but thanks to overhyping the hangerons And Ty we went from "Vic will totally win", to "Vic will win appeal" to "NicK wIll DrOp Da NonExiStenT NukEs aNd DesTroY FunI". My optimism basically died and I took the black pill. not drinking the law twitter Koolaid. If the appeal goes well ill eat my words and offer an apology to bhbc.

I don’t think anyone here has ever really said “Vic will totally win”. The law IS in his favor, doesn’t mean the PEOPLE in the system will do it correctly. Like Chupp has shown.

If the appeal goes well that doesn't make Ty's conduct of the case objectively better or worse. If it doesn't go well, it doesn't either.

Around 400 tweets from Funi, Jamie, Monica, and Ron calling Vic a sexual predator and all sorts of other disgusting things, a con owner saying that he breached his contract because of them, and defendants that play games in front of the judge... all of that when only asking for the right to sue... and yet you think the problem is Ty rather than Chupp?
Nothing is ever guaranteed, but I do hope that 3 differents judges won't overlook the evidence like Chupp did.

They also have to back up their decision by actually citing case law and analyzing it, and in this case, the lead judge on the panel is also the Chief Justice of the Second District, and personally wrote some of the binding authority on the case. The least I expect is a reasoned analysis of why the case goes the way it does, however that is.

All of this has reminded me of a con story that someone once mentioned in passing during a group chat.
The person in the chat who started it told everyone in the group that she was really good friends with Sabat (or another voice actor but I do think it was Sabat) to the point that he actually told her that she could come stay at his house if she was ever in Texas and that she'd have a chance to audition live at Funimation with a guaranteed role in a series.
This is the same Hamplanet who told us that she saw Vic watching porn in a hotel lobby with his fans around him and saying it was "better to corrupt them now." Mind you she hated Vic with a passion because of his religious beliefs because she's apparently Wicca and believed that she was once a reincarnation of Grell (From Black Butler).
