Based on what we've heard from the bodycam footage the other cops are almost guaranteed to walk. The FBI uses hollow points as far as I know. With cops it'll vary wildly depending on the department. I've heard all kinds of hollow points, soft points, and even FMJs for some (usually departments that dgaf about having rifles in the first place and go the bare minimum on them).
