She's probably done enough that he can put a poorly implemented version of her in (and then spend another year 'fixing' her), but...whether he does that or not would probably take weeks to resolve, not days.

One poly is fine to hold a texture if you are not planning fancy wrinkles or something.
Unity triangulates so you are gonna have two polys to make a poster but you get the point.
