The Twitch DMCA Saga (Three Times Resilient!)

He thinks Dlive or one of the other smaller streaming sites will protect him and treat him special because of his DELUGE of followers (my words not his, but he implied he was bringing a bunch of people over).

Nah, you’re not wrong. I’d never wish something really bad to happen to Phil.

Just you know, a little just deserts! Losing the house, much of his income, Khat getting a clue.

If anything I think it’d make Phil an even better lolcow to sit in section 8 housing and stream to 30 people for minimum wage.
Yeah that is kind of my thoughts, you just said it better. I want a fall not an end.

Him talking about Twitch in the scope of a "professional business" like its a fucking law firm or hedge fund management is fucking hilarious. Twitch wasn't started as a site for "professional" anything, the people who work there are so clownshoes that the company's Amazon minders need to be up their ass constantly and the biggest names on the platform are some of the thots and dyed-hair muppets that Phil constantly mocks. What about all of that speaks "professional" to you?

It's Internet Startup #3,451 and is in the .01% that happened to become successful. That doesn't mean it isn't being mismanaged nearly into the dirt at all times.

Phil suddenly had to quit this stream early to make dinner for Katherine. Lol
Once again Phil's compulsive desire to hype up and advertise everything he does bites him in the ass.
I have a real question for you and others here I have been thinking about. The whole thing about lolcows is you want to milk them for laughs, not to kill them off. If I am being honest, I don’t want mainstream attention for Phil where he gets cancelled and no longer makes content. Losing his house or wife or getting exposed for WWE Champions is one thing, but I don’t want him to leave. I just want him to provide what a lolcow provides. Am I wrong?
You're right but Phil's been pretty boring lately with the whole Vest thing. It's just the fake Twitch Phil pointing at the screen saying "Look at that!" while playing children's games for Derichs. Phil's at his best when he's cranky because of low tips, right now everything's cushion-ey and we're only getting the smug Phil.
This whole event has been great because that facade cracks at the first sign of real danger and he's dissolved so many of his own lies. So I guess lately people just want more things to stress out Phil rather than Phil himself doing anything.

a-logs btfo'd by the absolute mensch yet again

Time to play that ol DSP clip where he yells:

BULLSHIT!

Let’s hipe it's the start of the Phil leaves Twitch saga!

Phil is a dumbass and assumes all his viewers and daily $100+ would automatically follow him if he leaves Twitch.

It would be hilarious to see him proven wrong and going into hardcore begging mode, at the same time as dealing with a comment section he can’t control as easily.

Yeah that is kind of my thoughts, you just said it better. I want a fall not an end.

Plus, at the end of the day, Phil isn’t that bad of a person.

I mean, yeah he is an asshole and now that I think about it, he kind of is a bad person, but... He’s neither a pedophile, murderer, violent or anything like that.

Phil has never gotten someone fired because he didn’t like their opinions or harmed anyone or anything.

He’s a scumbag, who begs for money from wheelchairs, and while he certainly doesn’t deserve his 5K monthly income, he hardly deserves losing everything either.

I actually got in a disagreement (I would say argument but I got 2 posts in and decided it wasn't worth it) with someone because I claimed that Twitch thots like Alinity and Amoranth got special treatment, and the guy called me an incel, said it wasn't true, and that I just hated women in gaming. That Alinity was the victim of massive amounts of social media hate that she wouldn't receive if she was a man. I knew that conversation was pointless and gave up.

god I love how angry people get when this fucking dude gets unbanned because he literally did nothing wrong and the dmca is just bullshit

Yeah, but it's Phil.
Fuck DMCA but also fuck Phil for ranting about other people being lazy after he complains "he can't work" for half an hour - Phil fails to realize people might interpret that as him being honest for once and saying he literally cannot do regular work.
He isn't in a wheelchair but gladly accepts other people's SSI.

That’s the unique thing about Phil.

Half the lulz he provides are from being shit at games, begging and his wheelchair viewers.

The other half is courtesy of his hardcore trolls who literally lose their shit every time his pigroach luck saves the day.
