In Paddock's defense, regrettably, it was after all Jason Aldean who was on stage at the time. I worked on a freight dock with a guy who brought the SAME Jason Aldean CD to work every day and insisted on playing it on his shitty little boombox. After that experience for a few weeks I can kind of understand where Paddock was coming from. Eventually that CD 'accidentally' found it's way to the trashcan and everybody was much happier.

But yeah, I think Paddock was just old and fucking bored, and he probably had some psychopathic traits so he had no concern for human life and decided to kill two birds with one stone and alleviate his boredom and go out in what he might've viewed as a 'blaze of glory' although I still don't know why he needed all of those fucking guns.
