There's a reason this is all so boring: most alt-right trolls actually don't care about logic, rules, or whatever. There isn't actually a "game" being played, in the sense that either side could conceivably win by making the right "move". Instead, what you have are people dedicated to destroying any "game" that they come across, until no one can ever win at anything.
This is considered better than actually trying to win at anything, because cowardice doesn't want to risk losing anything. (See Umberto Eco's treatise on ur-fascism).
Basically, this kind of trolling is a projective reaction to nihilistic despair, dedicated to making everyone else as hopeless and despondent as the nihilist.
And as long as you continue to engage, you continue to pour dopamine into the process, which means to continue to get borind, tedious, marginally destructive behaviors coming out of the process.
Which isn't actually "fun" for anyone any more than the end stages of a raging heroin addiction are "fun", but since the dopamine loop is secure, the behavior isn't going to stop. (And since all the social and intellectual signals have been crafted into an unassailable closed loop of tiger-blooded WINNING, you won't even get the participants admitting that they aren't having fun.)
