Why not? It's been their circus for a decade now. I'm convinced thats their argument for things like futa surgery. If we can, why not? Not that this line of thinking has ever lead to terrible outcomes in the past...nosireee.

I'm happy when they add more ways to identify and avoid them though.

Although I've make it a point to keep up with this thread through hundreds of pages, often I find myself unwilling to read the screenshots of actual troonacy-- usually Reddit posts-- and just read the Kiwi commentary on said screenshot instead. This may seem like a diminished experience in a thread devoted to discussing said screenshots but (and I know this is an overused word on the 'net but it's the only fitting one) so many troon posts are just cringe beyond compare. I swear some of them activate my fight-or-flight response...

My favourite, autistic, spastic Troon Amy Petrelli is attention seeking and threatening to end it all (again).
It’s because the Terven are picking on him because he’s suddenly become a Troon Activist.
Nathan’s “activism” consists of jumping into threads calling people “bigots”. When he gets pushback he starts to threaten to top himself.
It looks like he’s been perma banned from FaceBook, and this is his (at least) third twitter account since transbus_girl and PlanetExpress19 were suspended.
Perhaps, “Amy”, these constant suspensions are to do with the fact you are a mentally ill, aggressive clown that causes social network platforms to tell you to FRO.

This guy has his own YouTube channel I've watched the latest one (first post surgery) and the first and they're as dull as fuck so there's no way I'm faffing around archiving them. The first, about shopping in his local Aldi has a couple of moments that reassure me that Main Town USA isn't going along with any of this bullshit. Apparently Aldi have some sort of corporate policy to greet customers and add in a Sir or Ma'am at the end. The troon is of course looking for validation, so while he's waiting in line he listens to how they greet everyone else. "Good Morning, Sir", "Good Morning, Ma'am" he hears as the people in front of him get served. His turn and it's "Good Morning". No "Sir", no "Ma'am" just "Good Morning". And as he pays and leaves with his stuff, the person behind him gets a "Good Morning, Ma'am". While he's clearly within earshot. He wears a blonde wig. No "Ma'am". Full make-up. No "Ma'am". A little badge with his pronouns. No "Ma'am".

It's as if the real world doesn't give a shit about this stuff.

I love these little rebellions.

The thing that I find weird is that the age of the people going through the trans phase is increasing

this is the behaviour of a 13 year old not someone a decade older

Something I've noticed about TiM's who actually do the voice, they always look like they're constantly holding their breath. And holding your breath can cause it to go up in pitch so I guess there's some logic to that.
Is holding your breath part of their voice training? I remember recently stumbling on a YouTube channel about weird vintage displays (I really have no idea how to find it) and not visually clocking the owner as being trans. Until he opened his mouth and I just wasn't able to watch what seemed like an interesting video because the way he sounded like he was constantly about to asphyxiate was making me anxious.

With how infantilizing the ideology behind transgenderism (and general SJWiness) is, I'm not surprised in the slightest. These are people who, well into their 30s, unironically write "I'm literally shaking right now" whenever something makes them slightly upset. With how emotionally stunted they are, displaying 13-year old behavior at 23 is just par for the course.

If transitioning is valid, detransitioning is valid too. Hormones can really fuck you up. Hormonal imbalances are definitely A THING, and the people who don't go about it the right way can really damage themselves further. You have to make absolutely sure that you want this, and then whatever, go do your thing.

But I'm guessing the latest crop of internet troons don't think about long term consequences like liver and kidney damage, increased risks of osteoporosis, and yes, even breast cancer.

The argument is that transgender people are and have always been their desired gender, and transitioning is just matching the body to the "soul". Therefore, detransitioning doesn't exist because anyone who started transitioning and then stopped wasn't actually trans in the first place.

It's a No True Scotstranswoman fallacy. No true troon would detransition.
