It's been bugging me since I noticed it in some footage the night it happened. It's the real reason I checked up on him. I'd like to see Kiwis come to a consensus on it.

None of the news coverage goes into detail about the scalp injury that the witnesses reported. I don't have the stomach for gore, which must be why I am fixated on it. I know that a nice clean slice would look like this before the blood has a chance to gush.

One of the people near him did an interview right after and said his scalp split open and they could see his skull. It’s somewhere in the thread.

Am I wrong, or can you clearly see a clean white section of his skull in a 2x2 or 3x3 section on the left of his head? The witnesses there did say his skull was exposed.

Yeah I remember that part, but I didn't hear any followups on the exposed skull in later news and updates. They just mention a generic head/brain injury.

They are, I suppose, trying to ressurect Dreasjon Reed (a guy that was livestreaming on facebook while running from the cops before jumping out of his car and shooting at the them, causing them to shoot him instead) and McHale Rose ( a guy that was burglarizing a house and shot at the cops when they showed up to stop him. The cops also had guns and apparently better aim.)

As an aside, wasn't that one of the laws PressedIn Poulter was convinced he could get a DA to charge EVS with for revealing his past of getting his cheeks busted by his GF's strapon on video? That was New Jersey law he was citing iirc.

In one of the videos you can see a sort of 'cloud' of pink/red mist rush into the air as the statue hits him. I agree though that the white part is probably his newly visible skull. The video isn't very long and it happens very quickly so I'd say it's plausible that you don't really see any blood simply because it's a low quality camera and just how quickly he goes down. Head wounds tend to bleed like a motherfucker even if they aren't very serious, but I'd have to assume that a laceration that severe to basically shear his scalp off might not start gushing blood until the dude already hit the ground.

Either way I doubt he'll make that mistake again. He's more than likely a vegetable and that's if he's not still in a coma.
