But the very same "no oral argument" has been cited as (yet another) reason "Vig is totally done for". I understand most of these people are at best pathological liars and at worst complete morons but that would be an odd switch around even for them

They have been doing that for a year and a half now, Ron has been telling everywhere that he is totally not worried about the lawsuit while coping as much as he can.

KV always does this.Right before a major court filing or ruling, they go all out trying to make everyone think Vic is screwed and when the time frame got close to an appeal filing even manjaw said"Dont appeal and we forgive you" then they went back to what they always do.Trying to find a new way to twist it due to they know KV is damn scared it can blow up on all of them. They changed the points of the balcony to patio after it came out as they did 2 dozen times before.They re just scared their crusade will fail and cost them more down the line in everyway.

What if Ron pushes the connection to Moncia so hard as he is trying to actually bang other consluts.
He can use his connection to try and create a 'i'll drop your name in the right circles' casting couch.
I come to this conclusion due to ROns obvious thirst for other women while projecting his connections as hard as he possibly can, as well as him accusing other people of doing just that.

As we have learned with little Ronnie here, he is riddled with projection. He cannot imagine that other people would not gladly do things he himself would do if given the opportunity.

Since I am not that knowledgable about how many ** replaces the actual letters of an address; I think my theory was that it was Monica's old nickname (which she has used for myspace, and on her own website) which is "Hellomonichan".

No but Monica talked about her alleged rape as a teenager to draw parallels to her alleged "assault" by Vic. So by her logic she considered such a story to relate. Not to mention, as anyone who doesn't use "or" as an actual response to a yes or no question, I know sexual assault is rape. I'm not a lawyer nor have spoken to one in a case related to such.
