Probably. If they're really worried about it, then they'll also be using a VPN as they tip with their other accounts as well as have different email addresses. Problem with IceCoffee is that there's nothing but his name to go by and it's clearly a sock account and there's really nothing to go by.

Hmm... If @Surly Muppet is correct in his theory about OnlyIcedCoffee being the whale that Phil has an arrangement with in order to keep the vest streak going, and it is indeed a sock account, that means that some of those other big tips that don't appear to be arranged might in fact be exactly that.
It also has me reconsidering just how precarious Phil's position is, because it means that his whales are smaller in number than they appear to be at first glance. The fewer of them there are, the worse it is if/when he loses so much as one. Especially if it's OnlyIcedCoffee, by the looks of things.
Also, as we've noted before, this makes the vest streak one seriously pathetic as fuck means of "flexing" on us. It's one thing if Phil, all alone, can pignosis his way into the wallets of a couple dozen morons, quite another when it's all an orchestrated, artificial display of futile stupidity held together by, at most, two fucking retards.
