I hate having to repeat this ad nauseam, but the US isnt responsible for ousting Gaddafi. The first countries to intervene were France and Italy, and the US only joined when it became clear these two countries lacked the logistics for enforcing a proper no fly zone. I hate giving Obama credit for much, but he was very reluctant to invade other countries and only did when he was forced to.

Those men had no choice but to go to war back then. A close relative of mine died at the tender age of 24 in the first world war. I have photos of him in his army kit. Little did he know. My grandfather stormed the beaches of Normandy (no, really), but he lived to tell the tale, albeit he didn't like to talk about it. Spent the rest of his life down the pub.
It's a different age now. Back then, men couldn't just say oh yah, you know, all wars are banker wars, and I'm not giving my life just to advance a square or two on the grand chessboard. That shit just would not fly in that day and age. They would have been branded a 'coward' (what worse thing can you call a man?) and the women would have shunned them after handing them white feathers. Today, you'd have to fight to get through those women who would be shielding their sons from those that would wish to round them up and cart them off. Can you imagine it? Ideally you would balance it with a real meritocracy. You would still have the haves and the have-nots, but it would be a much more egalitarian state of affairs compared to what we have today. Which is neither communism (thank god) and certainly not a meritocracy. Some call it capitalism. I don't know about that. Some call it democracy. Pretty sure that word doesn't mean what they think it means.
So what do we have now? Globohomo is as good a call as any. Globalism in itself, again, is not such a bad thing. But they are trying to impose top-down globalism, when what we need is bottom-up globalism. There's nothing wrong with being connected, sharing in each others' humanity. But I don't want to live in a world of just one colour people who speak just one language. I like the fact there are niggers and chinks on this planet. I don't even mind them in small amounts in my society. But those in power have raped the little people of not just their lands, but their lives and their futures, and their children's lives and futures too. And the people are rightly angry. If they could join a force to fight against this shit, well, they fucking would sign up for that. You would have no problem recruiting for that one.

It could have all been so different though, never mind little old me. How about some fucking vision from someone at the top of the totem pole of humanity? Where are the skyscrapers? Where are the flying cars? Where are the underground cities? Where is the cure for cancer? Where are the speed-of-sound railway lines that fly over the cities?
